Job Description
-Manage station team , assign tasks & duties and monitor work flow. Follow-up with all customers requests and complains and make sure that vehicles are serviced in a good condition through his communication with drivers , maintenance & fleet. communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, collaborate with other departments, make sound independent decisions, and demonstrate high integrity. Furthermore, maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company objectives . Train, evaluate, and follow-up with subordinates. Work with station Supervisor to troubleshoot service repair issues,down equipment, ready-line equipment
 
Job Qualification
-University graduate 6-8 years of experience,• Automotive, Hospitality or Customer Service background is highly appreciated Strong leadership and management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Good knowledge of accounting. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing, such as special reports and speeches, and orally for presentations Planning, organizing and ability to manage multiple demands Professional ability and strategic thinking Initiative and commitment to achieve results
