Job description
1- Quality Planning, assurance and control of the IT projects (E-detailing, ETMS enhancements, Business intelligence, Reports generation)
2- Helpdesk for field force
3- Training new Medical Representatives on the tools provided and any other training needed for new implementation
4- Administrating the ETMS Application
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in IT operations for at least one year.
Some information about customer service and computer skills
Bachelor of Science (Preferably Computer related)
Meet deadlines through thoughtful planning and effective time management.
Good knowledge in computers and electronics (installation, administration and troubleshooting),
Self-motivated and has the ability to work unsupervised.
Good user for Excel, access and word (MS office in general)
Ability to implement projects according to the project plans and standards.
Pay great attentions to the quality of deliverables and details
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with management and users at all levels.

Junior Long Term Expert

For a Development firm in Zamalek:

Junior Long Term Expert for Agricultural and Environmental Economics / Economics of Land Use and Water Management

Task description:

Enhance the overall project implementation in particular with regard to:
- cost-benefit analysis
- evaluation of value chains
- socio-economic assessment of investments in the project context
Economic evaluation of climate-related measures and "green economy and energy"

The junior expert is expected to apply a gender- and conflict sensitive approach and an excellent knowledge and understanding of smallholder structures and traditions.

General activities:

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of smallholder structures and traditions
- Ability to establish close contact with the water sector to draw on the experiences and lessons learnt and assurance of a coordinated proceeding
- Networking with other relevant national and regional projects
- Systematization and documentation of lessons learned and good practices
- Contribution to the reporting of the project, operational planning (OP) and adaptation of the OP
- Working Language: English

Package: Up to 8000 L.E. + +
