We are hiring 2 Females as Telemarketing Agents with the following requirements:
Graduated From Faculty of Commerce or Equal. Fresh or Minimum Experience preferredEx Vodafone or Wassla Contact center.
Excellent On the phone Communications skills
Good English proficiency (speak, read, write)
good computer skills
CRM Experience is a plus
Job description:
Search and Identify prospects.
Prepare daily reports on Activity and update CRM.
Answer customer's enquiries on products and services.
Prepare Tele-Marketing Scripts along with the sales team
