We have an opening for a Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, configuration, customization and maintenance of enterprise-wide application systems. This position also provides day-to-day system administration of enterprise servers, operating systems and applications. Under supervision this position monitors, maintains and optimizes system performance utilizing systems management tools. The Systems Engineer also participates with management on all IT related projects and is expected to provide cost effective business solutions based on the Firm's business model.

A strong IT background
Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business
Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing
Willingness to continuously study and get certified on IBM tools and ITSM standards
Strong skills in analysis, design and problem solving
Ability to produce high quality documentation
Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or relevant education
English / Arabic: Good Spoken and Written
Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians)
Minimum 3 Years Experience
Experience working with Systems and System Tools
Experience in supporting Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of ITIL / ITIL Certified
Basic knowledge of database and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Advanced expertise of a wide-range of computer and networking software and hardware systems and technologies
Ability to install, configure and maintain complex personal computers, networks and/or related hardware and software
Ability to develop and document repeatable standardized procedures for the administration and maintenance of firm
In-depth knowledge of computer security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
Ability to develop and present end-user training programs and/or workshops
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Position requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal responsibly with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and secure manner
Technical experience in core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WINS
Certification in the following is desired but not required: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), VMware (VCP), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP).
