-Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Band Office
-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
-Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence telephone calls
-Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
-Respond to public inquiries
-Provide word-processing and secretarial support
-Type confidential documents on a wordprocessing system
-Perform other related duties as required

3-5 years of experience .

ASP.NET/ C# web & Desktop.

SQL Server (2005/2008/2012).

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).

Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2010-2012.

Skilled with Developing and deploying SQL BI Tools such as SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.

MS SharePoint administration & development is a big plus.

ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.

Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.

Strong experience designing and working with N-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer,

Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).

Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.

Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Willing for learning new technologies.

Description

Key Role:

Lead the efforts of the Foreign Military Sales Support Office (FMSSO) and support ongoing FMS efforts managed by Naval Sea Systems Command, Fleet Support Office (NAVSEA). Coordinate FMS cases, train on FMS processes, execute FMS program efforts, and serve as the liaison with FMS stakeholders. Track and manage FMS-related e-mail and written correspondence. Maintain records of all FMS case-related information, including amendments, modifications, and financial data. Maintain meeting minutes from program reviews and associated meetings. Assist with the management of visit requests and country clearances. This position is located in Alexandria, Egypt.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with the Defense Security Cooperation and Assistance market
-Experience with developing plans, processes, procedures, and presentations using Microsoft products or similar
-Experience with managing budgets and maintaining financial databases
-Experience with multiple US government organizations
-Ability to draft correspondence for foreign government officials
-Ability to interact with a foreign client
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with MENA a plus
-Ability to flourish in a foreign work environment
-Ability to manage a position with an increasing scope of responsibility, including managing multiple projects
-Ability appropriately and properly handle proprietary data and information
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
