Job Description

Training Implementation & Coordination:
• Represent our training division to our candidates and clients, at the company and outside - including providing first point of contact cover when necessary.
• Follow up our expected trainees, by phone, email, or visit, as required.
• Respond proficiently to all training inquiries via email or phone.
• Identify customer needs and assess to the appropriate training program.
• Helping candidates in choosing their interested training programs, and in the registration process
• Increase the company's database and increase the company's relationships with clients
• Set the training schedule on yearly basis.
• Arrange training venues upon the scheduled training programs.
• Supervise registration lists, confirmation phone calls and emails to both trainees and trainers.
• Manage/Coordinate all on-site logistics.
• Helping to formulate new ideas to add value to current training portfolio and to maximize external income coming to the company.

Training Development:
• Participate in the development of proposals and offers.
• Handle daily inquiries from potential customers.
• Responsible for online market channels and advertising for all training programs.

Feedback & Problem solving:
• Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise.
• Evaluating training and development programs.
• Follow up on instructor performance and evaluation.
• Analyze customer satisfaction through feedback forms after each program.
• Maintain the professional company image through phone interaction, email or face-to-face interaction.

Document Controlling:
• Input attendance information and results, updating individual trainees records
• Keeping training records and files up to date, filing forms.
Reporting:
• Produce a weekly report on all activities.
• Gather feedback of participants on programs structure & content and develop periodical reports with recommendations.
• Monthly monitor and report of actual performance against business plan.

Skills

A graduate with 1-3 years relevant experience in Training Field, Presentable, Having great passion for participating in the growth of the organization, have Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Excellent Oral and written skills in Arabic and English. Good ability to use Office Automation tools and Internet.
