HR Shared Service Senior Specialist

One of the Top 5 Multinational Global Pharmaceutical Companies is hiring HR Shared Service Senior Specialist. 

This role will be the Super User role under the Shared Service Competence Center to provide 1st and 2nd level expert services inthe areas of Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Reporting, Process Management, Training & Communication, Knowledge Management and Org administration.

Major Accountabilities   
The Superuser will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HR application. Be seen as the main provider of first level support for business processes including applications. He/she manages all local system requirements across different business unites and ensures standardization within the country. 
- Ensures competent system usage, master system knowledge in PA, PY, TM, OM, and other SAP modules.
- Has special application access rights across country environment in HR CORE to delete Personnel IDs, OrgUnits and some table maintenance capabilities to support the users efficiently in country environment etc.
- Has a critical role in delivering the final presentation of the Country Organizations he/she is responsible for, both in the HR SAP system and in the Organization Charts 
- Deal with all customer inquiries in a professional, courteous & timely manner;
- Responsible for payroll & benefits data timely and accurately delivered to related systems to support implementation of pay & benefit program
- Process the employee salary increases, bonuses, awards, allowances & deductions;
- Act as a true team player, working in partnership with all colleagues in the Shared Service Center.
- Manage external vendors’ service delivery upon agreed KPI, e.g., service on mandatory insurance in & out, background check, etc., and manage internal key stakeholders’ delivery, e.g. functions team, to build joint efforts for quality delivery
- HR database (SAP) management, timely update to ensure high data quality to fulfill defined scorecard requirements


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related
- Minimum of 3 years HR working experience in MNC, related HR operations and Shared Service experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as SAP HR super user; Solid knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM/TM/PY
- Fluent English in both verbal and written
- Details-oriented, and execution
- High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills is required
