A reputed construction company urgently requires tendering manager big experience 12 – 15 years in preparation of tenders/ BIDS for following fields.
1- Health care industry
2- Education Industry
3- Towers & general construction projects
Note: He must be an engineer with thorough knowledge in execution for turnkey projects: must have the ability to develop relations with reputable consulting firms/ different government departments.
3- Business Development Officer
A reputed construction company urgently requires experiences "Business Development Officer" to search for clients in following fields.
1- Health care industry
2- Education industry
3- Towers & general construction projects
Requirements:
1- To prepare & file up "pre-qualification book"
2- must be well aware about projects in pipe line & must be smart enough to get information from consulting firms/ government/ public sector/ private sector/ local bodies about projects yet to be finalized.
3- He must be MBA engineer
4- Minimum experience 10 years with a reputed organization.
