Production Manager –Poultry Division For a reputable FMCG company in KSA.
Job Description:
· Designing and schedule a production schedule in order to achieve daily/weekly production targets against.
· Understanding control and minimize, control and minimize wastage of raw materials including, ingredients, packing, detergents and chemicals to achieved budgeted targets.
· Managing an efficient and hygienic Poultry Processing Plant.
· Observing and liaising to ensure that finished products meet all company specifications.
· Providing work solutions to associated problems and challenges.
· Ensuring that all aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice are adhered to.
· Controlling the efficient use of manpower and overtime.
· Organizing staff Rosters to achieve maximum efficiency of labour, coordination of Training requirements and vacation entitlements.
· Assisting and assess staff in order to identify training needs and potential for development for succession planning and potential multi skilled/promotion consideration.
· Ensuring that company policies and procedures and management instructions are complied with all times.
· Researching and promotion of ideas for improving performance or minimize costs.
· Ensuring that all preventive maintenance is completed according to established protocols with determined protocols within determined time frames.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Food Science
· Min. 5 years of experience in Poultry industry as production Manager.
· Computer Literate.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
Basic Salary: 9,065 SR
