The Electrical Engineer is responsible in the design and implementation of the recommended electrical works. Excellent Leadership and Communication skills is required. With total of 15 years and above work experience in the field of construction or consulting firm. Exposure in site supervision work related to all electrical systems such as ; lighting and lighting controls, power distribution systems applicable to commercial, governmental, healthcare and industrial facilities, and a working knowledge of the integration of fire alarm, voice/data, and mechanical controls into building systems, and other electrical system present in the hospital facility. The candidate must have 8 years above experience in hospital infrastructure rehabilitation and construction. His key leadership position will work to build a client focused, technically excellent, electrical engineering team, and completion of the projects.
Required Skills:
§ BS in Electrical Engineer related to Building Construction Industry, with Electrical System
Design and Site Supervision/Managing Experience.
§ 15 + years of electrical design and implementation experience.
§ Proven leadership skills with engineering staff leadership
§ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
§ Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
§ Ability to effectively manage clients
§ Working experience with Microsoft® Office, AutoCAD and/or other construction computer aided applications.
§ Candidate must be able to perform field works.
§ Must have the ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
§ General knowledge in construction hazard and safety requirements.
§ Registered Professional from Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is a plus.
§ ISO 9001 Quality Managements System Awareness is a plus.
