Job Description:
A talented Web Designer to deliver a range of digital based creative projects including websites, microsites, mobile, tablet, social Media, responsive sites, newsletters, email marketing , banners, brochures, flyers, etc
- Working on web design projects.
- Building out a stable of web applications for big data platforms.
- You will report to the VP Product Marketing of a company in Belgium and be part of a team including a frontend developer and movie designer.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Good experience in a web design role.
- Good experience in Adobe Creative Suite’s mainly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Expert knowledge of wiki markup, XHTML, HTML5 and CSS.
- Significant experience of corporate and technical portals design.
- The ability to utilize current web standards to translate graphic design into compelling, functional web content.
- Basic Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
- You should have a solid portfolio of web application design.
- Ability to mutli-task and consistently hit deadlines.
- Good skills in typography, layout and design.
- Self-motivated, driven and as passionate about creativity.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- High standards of performance.
- Hard worker and a team player.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Good in English both spoken and written.
