HR Manager at Delight for Food Industries
A leading American and European sweet manufacturing company,located in El-basateen industrial zone required the following positions:
Financial Manager ( 019 )
Responsibilities
 planning, organizing, leading and controlling the finance section activities including purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgetary and financial reporting and utility accounting, billing and collection, whilst assuring that managerial and financial accounting activities comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
 Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
 Prepayments Accounts, Prepare analysis sheets showing all the prepayments value and installment dates.
 Prepare a list for all bank charges, commission and interest on monthly basis and prepare journal entries for each.
 Maintains up-to date accounts analysis and reconciliations.
 Ensures the completion of regular reports including month end and year end closing on time.
 . Maintains accurate and timely financial and operating information.
 . Provides safekeeping, including proper storage and access for all financial records
 Manage the financial Audit.
 Day to day managing the Budget of the Catering Unit, Restaurants.
 Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and executive regulations.
 Review asset information
 Manage unsettled and deferred payments.
 Approving the Suppliers Contracts, invoices, and its controlled document
 Prepare yearly Staff cost budget & monitor its application.
 Managing the purchasing and control of inventory.
 Negotiate supplier arrangement for food and beverage products.
 Contract Management, Legal & Contractual compliance and requirements.
 Secure providing high quality of products with the cheapest prices.
 Negotiating terms of business with new suppliers.

 Critical Knowledge and skills
 Bachelor degree of commerce.
 8-10 years of successful experience in the same field & Position.
 Excellent understanding of highly detailed financial and accounting practices and procedures.
 Excellent analytical skills, professional and extremely confident communicator, good time management, effective at building and maintaining relationships and well-developed people leadership skills.
