SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Essential Duties:

- Liaising extensively with technical and business teams

- Translating requirement documents into design documents

- Creating coherent designs to complex requirements

- Ensuring programming standards

- Ensuring quality programs

- Ensuring that deadlines are met

- Lending experience and skill and showing leadership by coaching fellow developers

- Carrying responsibility for code reviews, design, and unit testing coverage

- Dedicating themselves to development tasks

- Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments

- Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members

- Influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
