Job Description :
. Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resort / countries to use .Inspecting resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability
Agreeing service levels contracts and costs. Collecting evaluating and responding ( as appropriate ) to customer feedback
Using market research information to guide decisions. Producing pricing information. Marketing holidays to clients and travel agents/ websites. Using and brochures and television advertising. Handling bookings.
Qualifications: Bachelor or relevant Degree. Previous experience in travel agencies.Knowledge of key holidays Destinations . Fluent English and Arabic is a Must .excellent interpersonal skills. Communication skills. Customer service oriented. Organizational skills .
Experience: From 2-5 years in travel agencies
