Hindawi Publishing Corporation is expanding and hiring the Following:
   
 Senior SQL Server Developers:

Job Responsibilities:

·          Create complex queries on large datasets.

·          Create stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

·          Generate codes to extract, transform and load data from miscellaneous (e.g. XML, flat files...) data sources to SQL Server or NO-SQL Databases.

·          Tune complex queries to optimize database performance.

·          Create backups strategies and maintenance plans.

·          Report the required statistics to upper management.

 Job Specifications:

 ·          Bachelor’s degree in any field (computer science is preferable).

·          At least 2 years experience in MS SQL Server2008 and T-SQL.

·          Expert skills in SQL programming, stored procedure, writing, debugging, and tuning.

·          Experience in data modeling, database design, and well versed with SQL Server best practices.

·          Hands-on SQL-XML programming skills.

·          Good knowledge in XML extraction and transformation.

·          Good knowledge in XML Databases and indexing, search, lucene, and NO-SQL database (Preferred).

·          Good knowledge in console application and web applications is a plus.
