2. Incident Management

3. Change Management and release control

4. Problem Management

5. Knowledge Management.

6. Configuration Management

7. Request Management

8. Service Catalogue

9. Service Level

Ø Configure Universal Discovery (optional)

Ø Worked on Format control (data validation, calculation, queries,

JavaScript, subroutines, etc.)
