Job Title: CALL CENTER AGENT “UK ACCOUNT” (NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS).

**JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handle British Customers inquires and complaints.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.
-Log customer details on CRM.
-Provide customers with accurate information.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the management

**REQUIREMENTS:
1) Fluent English with Native accent
2) Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
3) Flexible with shift basis (9 working hours rotational shifts 5 days a week)
4) Egyptian Nationality
