MEMBER SERVICES/CALL CENTER

Contact customers over the telephone in order to make courtesy calls and open new opportunities.
Explain products and answer customer questions over the phone, via e-mail and over the Internet.
Obtain customer information such as name, e-mail, address and enter the information into computers.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have questions or need help signing up.
Turn potential customers into customers

Requirements:

Great command of the English language – almost native speaker
Excellent communication skills
Vibrant personality
People person
Ability to learn
Ability to understand and pay attention to what other people are saying
Ability to build a relationship with people on the phone
Taking the time to understand points being made and asking appropriate questions
Come up with answers and solutions ‘on the fly’ to satisfy customers
Ability to convey information effectively.
Team working skills.
