CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The Technical Support Representative is responsible for answering technical support questions and providing USA based clients with technical guidance on the use of computer technology in dental practices. The Technical Support Representative also applies a general working knowledge of computer software, hardware and troubleshooting skills to resolve a substantial number of client problems independently.

The Support Representative is responsible for answering support questions and providing USA based clients with guidance on the use of computer technology in dental practices. The Support Representative also applies a general working knowledge of computer software skills to resolve a substantial number of client problems independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responds to live support calls.
• Communicates with other team members, team leaders and management to facilitate correct, consistent answers to support questions.
• Keeps the team leader(s) and manager(s) informed of all pertinent issues.
• Utilizes overall job knowledge to make suggestions to improve the department.
• Volunteers for additional assignments or projects when available.
• Assists with departmental documentation (internal or external).
• May be required to perform various tasks related to customer service (ex: courtesy calls, customer service calls, preventive action calls, other types of outbound follow-up calls, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Computer Skills
