• To liaise closely with the directorsin implementing all Nursery Policies
• To know and understand the Fee Structure of the Nursery
• To be punctual and be flexible
• To be well presented at all times
• To work as part of a team and lead by example
• To use initiative
• To devise a settling in format for all new parents/children
• To devise a room timetable after discussion with the team implementing all key areas of the curriculum
• To report to the directors weekly on all activities illustrating how topics have been incorporated into activities and how key areas such as music are covered
• To liaise closely with parents and update them regularly on their child's progress
• To organise regular updating of daily diaries by all staff members
• To organise staff into routines of nappy changing
• To introduce all new staff members into the room's routine and procedures
• To ensure that ratios are adhered to at all times
• To oversee cleaning rotas and ensure the room(s) are clean and tidy at all times.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines -Knowledge of health and safety legislations = Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities -You need to be able to handle staff/parent queries and deal with outside agencies
