Job Description
Follow-up all corporate customers requests and complains and make sure that vehicles are serviced in a good condition through his communication with corporate drivers and responsible. Most of all build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, collaborate with others, make sound independent decisions, and demonstrate high integrity. Furthermore, maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values. Verify rental agreement and reservation. Assign primary duties and daily tasks to subordinates. Leader for operation corporate unit. Work with the Operation Manager, Maintenance Supervisor , Administration Manager and cost controller to work on the best revenue for the least Cost.(Value for Money ) Train, evaluate, and follow-up with corporate unit employees. Manage multiple employees that work outside of the traditional office (i.e., Drivers , mechanics, dispatchers, ). Attend and participate in monthly Operation meetings held by the Operation Manager. Attend meeting with existing/new Corporate customers focal points. Allocate corporate Budget and discuss fleeting plan with operation manager.
Job Qualification
University Graduate 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in Automotive, Leasing or hospitality field. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of accounting. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing, such as special reports and speeches, and orally for presentations.
