Station Supervisor

Job Description
-Station supervisor handles all the station inquiries in terms of rentals, vehicles, staff, and dispatchers, chauffeurs and technicians of the station making sure the vehicles are serviced and in a good condition, assign tasks to rental agents & dispatchers, chauffeurs and technicians and ensure the proper workflow with his subordinates, other stations or departments. Follow up on the documentation cycle inside the station; make random checks on the collection and petty cash. Ensure that all customers have the proper service from the staff. Responsible for the station fleet. Supervision on the station devices. Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental processes for each customer. Complete, review and submit various reports to area retail manager. Support team to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible. Follow up cash (in & out) and retrieve amount of money collected during shift. Coach, train and pass the knowledge to his staff. Adheres to EUROPCAR dress code and image.
 
Job Qualification
-University degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive ,customer service or hospitality is preferable Ability to communicate efficiently with high customer service orientation in dealing with internal and external clients. Valid car license is a must Presentable and good looking Enthusiastic & energetic -Other Skills Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations

Job Description
Follow-up all corporate customers requests and complains and make sure that vehicles are serviced in a good condition through his communication with corporate drivers and responsible. Manage multiple employees that work outside of the traditional office (i.e., Drivers , mechanics, dispatchers, ). Attend and participate in monthly Operation meetings held by the Operation Manager. Attend meeting with existing/new Corporate customers focal points. Allocate corporate Budget and discuss fleeting plan with operation manager.

Job Qualification
University Graduate 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in Automotive, Leasing or hospitality field. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of accounting. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing, such as special reports and speeches, and orally for presentations. Job Description
Implement monthly, and weekly master production schedules (MPS) according to the sales requirements taking in consideration market priorities, and the production lines capacities. Monitoring inventories of raw materials, and finish products. Implement the monthly materials requirements plans (MRP), and the purchasing orders (PO) to the company local suppliers to get our requirements of raw materials. Calculate manual cycle time and TAKT time for each production station to get optimum m/cs and manpower utilization. In contact with the suppliers to follow up the raw materials and packing materials delivery process. Monitoring overall equipments efficiency (OEE) to update production lines capacities. Coordinate the daily shipping process of our products to the local branches, and the export shipments according to the sales orders. Following the production process to be sure from raw materials and packing materials availability to fulfill the shipping schedules. Monitoring and control the consumption rates of raw materials to minimize the waste as possible. Prepare the monthly suppliers evaluation report according to the suppliers performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports .etc). Negotiate with the suppliers to get the best prices, required quality, and delivery time. Prepare the monthly production plan adherence (PPA) report .
