Job Description
-Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange and messaging technology software and security. Troubleshoot and resolve system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provide corrective actions. Develop, install and test software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches. Manage and maintain Microsoft Server 2008/2012. Support and Handling Microsoft Outlook configurations and mailboxes complains for end users and related Microsoft Windows OS problems. Manage Exchange databases sizes and resource usage. Creating and updating all types of mailboxes Create & Secure Daily, weekly, Monthly Backups from Microsoft Exchange. Mobile messaging configuration Contacts updates and control sending permission Working as a tactical support for any IT department activities when needed
Job Qualification
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010 and Exchange 2013 •Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory •Strong knowledge managing Windows Server and Active Directory •Strong knowledge of system performance counters and there meanings •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook features and configuration •Experience with using Exchange power shell •Manage Exchange databases sizes and resource usage •Excellent customer service and people skills •Knowledge of mobile messaging platforms and multiple mobile OS. -Other Skills 3+ years Systems Administration experience with Exchange and Microsoft Servers and Windows server OS. •Ability to document detailed solutions and configurations for Operations. • Microsoft MCITP Systems Administrator required, Enterprise Administrator preferred •Microsoft MCITP Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2007 or 2010 or 2013 •Microsoft Forefront TMG •Cisco: CCNA – Routing and Switching a plus
