MECHANICAL ENGINEER (LEVEL III)

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible in the design and implementation of the recommended Mechanical system. Excellent Leadership and Communication skills. With total of 15 years and above work experience in the field of construction or consulting firm. Exposure in site supervision work related to all mechanical systems such as ; HVAC, Medical Gasses System, Water Supply & Drainage System, Sewage  Treatment  Plant,  Fuel  System,  Plumbing,  Firefighting,  Steam  System,  BMS  and  other mechanical system present in the hospital facility. The candidate must have 8 years above experience in hospital infrastructure rehabilitation and construction.

Required Skills:

§      Mechanical Engineer with Mechanical system design and site supervision/Managing experience.
§      Candidate must be able to perform field works.
§      Utilize computer assisted design and engineering applications such as: AutoCAD and Trane Trace and/or Carrier HAPS.
§      With proper coordination and participation in meetings with clients.
§      Must have the ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
§      General knowledge in construction hazard and safety requirements.
§      Excellent in Leadership, Decision Making and Communication skills.
§      Proficient in use of computers office applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and other applications applicable reporting)
§      Diploma in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
§      Registered Professional from Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is a plus.
§      ISO 9001 Quality Managements System Awareness is a plus.
