A leading Training Institution in Egypt requires (Customer Service Specialist) for its branch in Alexandria.
The ideal candidate should be:
Gender: Male.
Education: Bachelor holder.
Experience: Previous experiences in customer service or sales fields are preferred (especially within training organizations).
Skills: Excellent communication skills result oriented, team player, ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints.
Computer Literacy: Proficient user for computer system, Microsoft Office applications and emailing system.
Residency: only Alexandria residency.
N.B.: This Job is a full time job (rotating shifts)
